It is our policy to serve the best buckwheat noodles anytime to satisfy our customers at our restaurant.
BUCKWHEAT
Pure Japanese buckwheat is used at our restaurant.
STORAGE
In order to refined a delicious buckwheat flour, we save it in low-temperature storage with managed temperature and humidity.
FRESHLY GROUND
We ground buckwheat slowly over many hours. Because it keeps the flavor and the fragrance of buckwheat flour.
PURE HANDMADE
At our restaurant, all the cooking processes of buckwheat noodles are pure handmade everyday.
FRESHLY BOILED
Because we want to serve fresh noodles for you at any time, we boil the noodles according to your order.
